Editia aceasta este 100% romaneasca. Asta inseamna ca:
* Piesele trebuie sa fie doar in limba romana
* Artistii trebuie sa detina cetatenie roman
*Nu veti reprezenta tara pe care o reprezentati in mod normal in concurs. Veti reprezenta Romania, la fel care restul concurentilor, numele vostru luand locul numelui tarii, afisat pe bannere.
