Attention, a little care
Starting with this edition we will implement the minimum number of voters needed to have a REJU Qualifier.
If the 40% minimum will not be reached the votes received in REJU will be mixed and counted as another set of votes sent by a country in the regular. This measure comes after the unexpected Reju Qualifier with only 8 points few editions ago.
